Founded by the Wainwright family, who have farmed in North Yorkshire since 1962, The Flower Belt is a family-run destination celebrating the beauty of the countryside through seasonal flower picking, great food, and memorable experiences.
With two stunning locations in Helmsley and Harrogate, The Flower Belt invites visitors to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy Yorkshire's changing seasons in full bloom.
Our Helmsley site boasts spectacular views across the North York Moors National Park, while our new Harrogate location offers a beautiful countryside setting conveniently situated on the Ripon to Harrogate road, with the popular 36 bus service stopping right outside the gates.
Alongside our flower fields, visitors can browse unique gifts and seasonal treasures, enjoy freshly prepared food and drinks, and relax in welcoming outdoor spaces designed to make the most of the Yorkshire countryside. From barista coffee and homemade cakes to handmade pizzas, local drinks and live music, The Flower Belt is much more than a flower field.
Throughout the summer season, we also host a packed programme of events, including live music, yoga sessions, sound baths and family-friendly activities, creating unforgettable experiences amongst the flowers.

Nestled in the rolling countryside of Ryedale, North Yorkshire, The Flower Belt is a pick-your-own flower and pumpkin farm offering visitors a unique, hands-on experience with nature.
Owned and run by the Wainwright family who have farmed this land since 1962, the farm celebrates a deep-rooted passion for growing beautiful, seasonal produce.
From vibrant tulip fields in spring to wildflowers and towering sunflowers in summer, and a pumpkin patch in autumn, The Flower Belt offers a changing landscape throughout the year.

Wander through the Silo Shop, soak up the atmosphere, and enjoy delicious refreshments at The Honey Tap - serving refreshing drinks, delicious cakes, Roost coffee and Yorkshire Tea.
